introduce paap research survey in blog post

As discussed in our last WG Platforms sync from 19.11.2024 here I want to introduce the PaaP Research Survey in a blog post that we can share. :)

• If you update content, that has corresponding files in other languages, include a note suggesting that users check the English page for the most recent updates in those translated pages.
• If you add new content under website/content/en there is nothing you need to do.

The only thing I'd say is have the survey link higher up near the top. We mostly just want people to click on that link and if they need some kind of convincing they can read on (to a second copy of the link :).

Ahh yeah good point @dstengle ! I can just link the whole "now with a survey" subtitle to the survey I guess :)
