PHP 8.4 support

This package currently does not PHP 8.4. It would be great if support could be added :)

I've indeed started working on this in May 2024 with @SimonFrings and for personal reasons unfortunately haven't gotten around to preparing a release yet for this project. Most of the upstream dependencies should be prepared already, except that the ChildProcess component still has to prepare a release as discussed in reactphp/child-process#110.

As you can see, this is quite a massive undertaking and we plan to properly prioritize and update all projects as soon as time allows. Once reactphp/child-process#110 is completed, we can move forward with this. In the meantime, I don't think there's much that needs to be done here.
