The release note on the GitHub release can easily be added via the GitHub UI. `shipit` will just issue a new release with the placeholders and dynamic information (all of the contained versions).

The release note on the GitHub release can easily be added
via the GitHub UI.
shipitwill just issue a new draft release with the placeholdersand dynamic information (all of the contained versions). Admins are notified via Slack that a new release draft is available and needs to be finalized.
