get-element-css-el is a private function, which is sad when you for example want to loop over many elements with (query-all ...). Since many other *-el methods are public, I would like this one to be too.

Any reason it isn't?

Thank you for the project!

Heya, I couldn't think of a reason and exposed this as part of #430
