dir2opds does NOT support search.

Errors

• Perfect Viewer - crashes, crash reports submitted
• https://github.com/Utazukin/Ichaival - claims invalid URL, does not appear to even attempt to open
• https://github.com/sethchhim/Kuboo - looking for a non-OPDS server (seen in access logs /all?groupByFolder=true and /all?groupByFolder=true)
