Inspired by Boundary Devices, a sample configuration using Buildroot has been prepared for UsbArmory; It's really only good for testing the hardware, and as an example configuration for building more sophisticated embedded devices.

  • CDC-ACM serial console: 115200 8N1
  • CDC-ECM network: 192.0.2.1/30 (RFC3330) DHCP, SSH, HTTP
  • Mass Storage: 32MB MSDOS, lolcats and tech docs
This image contains a pre-generated ssh key authorized to ssh in as "usbarmory", which has sudo access. Do not deploy production devices without regenerating the keys; log in as root:usbarmory . Various tools are provided to help characterize the performance of the device, and test key functionality.
