[Safari] Spanish accent character is removed while typed in non-collapsed selection. #3078

  1. Go to http://localhost:8125/ckeditor5-typing/tests/manual/input.html.
  2. Create non-collapsed selection on content like <p>Foo [bar]</p>.
  3. Use Spanish-ISO keyboard and press ' (accent).

Accent is removed just after it was inserted. This is caused by the unsafe key hack.

Fix: [Safari] Fixed an issue when inserting a Spanish accent character on a non-collapsed selection wouldn't work. Closes #82.
