Multi-thread, mode-line and ELPA

Fixed items from ELPA code-review, added pre-defined prefix map and hydra map, menu and mode-line is optional, optional multi-thread support added

Added support for menu-bar and mode-line. Both these changes improve the overall user-experience appeal.

Interactive recursive directory differences

This release has the new feature interactive directory differences working and the initial bugs associated with it ironed out.

This was one of my main goals with this project to be to do asynchronous recursive directory differences between a local file-system and a remote file-system.
