I was changing a few lines and I do not expect the code to work in this branch yet.

I put the two files (the json and python) on my Desktop folder where I ran it against a copy of app.bundle.js and the result was uploaded manually to S3 for testing:

The envisioned use would be something like this:

$ python .travis/translate.py  "./public/js/app.bundle.js"   "./local/es.json"

I wrote a demo dictionary in the python file that describes more or less how to search-replace with minimal errors.
