Prepare for next dev release

Description of changes:

• skip policy items that fails validation during collect (collect will continue)
• add version field in UX1Config, UX2Config - it contains both vmanage platform version and sdk version
• rename UX2Rollback to UX2ConfigPushResult - it contains both push report and rollback info
• filter out vsmart, vbond, vmanage device templates during collect
• multiple fixes found during migration workflow testing on real data
• cherry-pick important bugfixes from main
• bump dev version and regenerate ENDPOINTS.md
