Changes only take effect after connect. Also cleaned up the disabling logic for the rest of the EAM fields.
Moved channels preset outside of EAM, since it also affects FC3 overlays.
Changed EAM sub panel to a collapsible region.

Adds ability to target a specific folder to look up AWACS and channel presets.
The folder should contain any of
awacs-radios.json,awacs-radios-custom.json, and any channel txt presets list.Makes it easier to switch between different comm plans, whether those are servers, different ops, etc.
A new line in the UI displaying:
(default)if none was selected.The selection is outside the EAM fields, since it also affects channels of the regular 'radio overlay'.
