Just as a note: this stub isn't on the CCM release notes page, but I don't think it fits there. I can add it if we think it was missed. |
Other release notes have had the full table stub replaced with stubs containing links to the doc pages. This commit replaces two that I think were missed, but doesn't add it to the CCM page.

Description Of Changes
This commit replaces two instances of the full dependency table at the top of release notes that I believe should have been changed.

Other release notes have had the full table stub replaced with stubs containing links to the doc pages.
