A new version of Astro has been released, and we need to upgrade to bring in new features and prevent security vulnerabilities.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

We need to upgrade to bring in new features and prevent security vulnerabilities. This would be a new release of choco-astro. Other dependencies will need to be upgraded to be compatible with v5.
