Support ebook themes

Please add support for the ebook themes already available at
https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks
(also GPL).

This might help with #48 too.

Thanks for the tip. The process used by pressbooks to build output
formats is very different from the process that Anthologize uses, so it
would likely take a total rewrite to use the themes. But it's a good
suggestion to have a look at what they're doing.
