I had left the section for reminding myself to add typedocs generated from the typings as API in the new docs (like https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/api/) But I think I can remember it anyway :) |

This PR removes the API section in the README.
The API documentation is incomplete and can now be found in the documentation website. Also, the link to
zoom-time.htmlis outdated.
