Bumping dependencies used by CircleCI.
Had to enable legacy OpenSSL provider so we can use Node LTS (18) with an older version of React Native.
Added a patch-package to support Yoga with Xcode 14.3: facebook/react-native#36758.
Upgraded Detox and Jest and refactored how we configured E2E tests.
Removed all old versions of React Native as it won't probably work with the latest environment.
