Issue Description

Type: feature request

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

If you directly create a java experiment without performing the prepare operation, you cannot specify the JAVA_HOME parameter at present, which may cause the loading java agent to fail.

Describe what you expected to happen

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
