Examples from cginternals PPA are missing libcpplocate dependency #340

As libcpplocate from the PPA was build dynamically, it is required to be installed into the system.
Thus, the libglbinding example packages need a runtime-dependency to libcpplocate.
This only affects self-build Ubuntu packages from the cginternals PPA.
