This is maybe a @lchen-2101 and/or @nargis-sultani question...

Do we currently use moto? I see it as a dependency, but I don't get any hits for it when I search in the repo. Maybe from a previous version of the S3 integration? If no, let's remove the dependency. If yes and I'm just missing it, could someone check that this version is OK? It's a major version upgrade, and it looks like they're consolidating around a single @mock_aws. Thanks!

Nope, we don't; the way I've written the tests don't require new mocking library. I'll create a ticket to remove the dependency.
