Save the generated Files (text-based) into a log-file when the links are clicked.

Why you don't use a dedicated DB for storing the log files, for example, InfluxDB comes with a build-in log viewer. This would allow you to filter, sort logs and you don't need to write a dedicated admin page. See https://www.influxdata.com/blog/writing-logs-directly-to-influxdb/

thanks for the hint, @wp99cp, I will look at it!
My intension was to do it as simple and fast as possible. And for better usage and development without installing something locally and on the server - file-based storage to just write in it.
The reading for the admin-page is not time-relevant, and I think we don't need crazy statistics for this tool.
