Using canvas relative lengths is useless, as everything scales up if one uses a length different from 1 cm.

Adds the option to specify school-book axis origin offset plot: Separate zero tick label offset #419
Adds style keys for configuring automatic tick calculation: Make linear axis tick step list configurable #399
