Remove load balancing group from the CLI status of "namespace add"

The load balancing group id we display as the status of a "namespace add" CLI command is the one passed to the CLI. As we now have an automatic assignment of group id we will display a group id of 0 most of time which is not useful. Until we add the actual group id to the request status we shouldn't display the group id.
