Builds on PR #149

  • Vulnerabilities down from >1500 to ~100 (most remaining vulnerabilities do not have a current patch)
  • Most Terra components revved to latest
    • Still need to replace Modal and Dialog
  • Updated code and Webpack config to align with changes
    • May need to revisit prod config...
  • Fixed Card Demo page (breaking on Webpack 5 lift and not currently working on deployed sandbox)

Resolution for #150, #121
