Solver error: pip release not corresponding to latest release

Hey @cdanielmachado,

I have found an error when CPLEX is not used as the default solver (also reported in this closed issue).

It seems due to this single line:

carveme/carveme/__init__.py

Line 14 in 7662910

#set_default_solver(config.get('solver', 'default_solver'))

which is commented in the repo, but uncommented in version 1.5.2 in pip (latest). Updating the code in pip would fix this issue.
