Fall 2012 release

The Fall 2012 release of Mediathread launched on August 28. This release is on the august2012 branch, now live on github. We will be conducting QA and addressing bugs leading up to the launch.
This release's improvements include:
- New instructor dashboard toggle: selection visibility. Instructors can now decide whether students in a course can see each other's selections.
- Revamped collections interface. Full collection view added for improved collection browsing and management.
- Improved item annotation interface. Item editing and collections are now dynamically linked and both available on one screen.
- In-place item editing available in composition space.
- Further buildout of contextual help.
- Screencasts to orient new users of Mediathread.
