This version simply updates the add-on to work with newer versions of NVDA.

• Switches to a new and improved IP geolocation service, as the other one underwent changes that made it impractical for use with this add-on. As a byproduct, we now get ISP, cellular network, proxy and tor exit node identification. Long overdue. Fixes #2.
