[Card] Web component: Visual QA of FR to allow text link in all situations

User Story

I need to:
test the Card

so that I can:
be sure the developer's code correctly works as designed

Additional Information

• See the Epic ([Card] Allow text link on Card in all situations #7631 ) for the Design and Functional specs information
• Designer will be added as a reviewer to the Pull Request. Visual QA reviewer will be notified by Github when review is needed.
• Creating a QA bug
• Web Components Dev Issue ([Card] Web Component: Change to allow text link in all situations #7683 )

Tasks

Ensure the Card component has been tested and reviewed by design + dev.

Acceptance criteria

• Pattern is reviewed by designer and design defects are identified
• New issues are opened to log individual defects
• Screenshots of as-is and to-be design should be added to the issue when needed
• Developer associated with building the pattern is assigned to the new issues
• Appropriate labels are added to the issue eg. bug, dev

This feature already exists in Web Components. Dev issue (#7683 ) was closed without dev work.
