Component and test scenario title

Footer - Micro

Test scenario steps

a. Check Select geo area button is available and clickable
b. Click on select geo area, it should open locale modal with 4 geos (Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle east and Africa)
c. On click of any geo's, the specific locations and languages must be displayed

Note: Footer navigation links and logo should not be present
All the content is on single line.

### Description

Create e2e tests for Default Language Only and Micro Footer. 

cypress caught that the Default Language Only footer language selector was not clickable, so adding padding to the large breakpoints in storybook

### Changelog

**New**

- e2e test Default Langauge Selector for desktop/mobile
- e2e test Micro for desktop/mobile
