Hi, there

When I look at subclone.txt file, there are sometimes copy number variations with frac1_A smaller than frac1_B.
In this case can I say that stateB is the Major state?

In contrast, according to battenberg_CN_to_VCF.pl, Major state seems to be always on stateA. So do I have to say stateA is the Major state even if the fraction of stateA is smaller than B?

Thanks for your help.
