Moved all Camuda Docker Compose files from camunda/camunda-platform (migration commit: 52296b7adb7c136c16f81f83e9f4b920e82ed693)

At first I didn't think the same e2e tests would work for each version of the compose file, but then I ran it, and it seems to be fine.

I think the hard part with introducing the compose file here will be renovate, which I think you purposefully did not include in this PR.
