Added a *demonstration* section with a current video walkthrough of the agency card flow. I'm working to align content in our documentation for launched enrollment pathways. This addition mimics the current structure of the older adults enrollment pathway.

Yup. We're figuring out an alternative: Either uploading mp4 to G Drive or converting to GIF. We cannot rely on GitHub URL images/mp4s. |

Closing this PR for now. Awaiting to see if we can upload the videos to YouTube instead. Google Drive video embed was not sufficient. |
