Allows easily overriding the
cachet_verargument so that a specific Cachet release can be overridden. This should make it easier to take advantage of the fixes in the Docker image master branch, while still running a "stable" version of Cachet.Also adds a quickstart guide to the README, which will also be added to the https://docs.cachethq.io/docs/get-started-with-docker guide
