Support features with other language

I just started using cabbage with my phoenix app, and it's great ! If I translate my features into another language than english (eg. adding #language: fr at the top of my features) the test steps are just ignored. Have I missed something or is this feature not supported by this gherkin parser ?

I need to use scenarios written in russian (ru) language, maybe we can collaborate to create a PR.

There is already pr for it. #12
It has conflicts for now. If you need asap, i would advise use branch from there. Technically it should work fine.
I havent had enough free time to get back to this issue currently :|
