Merge after #22
Changes
Added "new" version of the dashboard. Migrated everything manually in the grafana UI and saved the dashboard to json.
Tests done
Tested manually in a CaaS development cluster. No data is currently being collected, must still understand where those metrics are supposed to be parsed from 🤷
EDIT: ok, they must be activated in the upstream repository.
