Release Scope

This is a minor release to upgrade Smuggler's OMERO libraries to 5.4.0. Existing functionality stays exactly as is.

Main Tasks

Upgrade CLI component to use OMERO 5.4.0 #13.

Documentation

No need to regenerate docs since nothing has changes since release 1.1.0-beta (see #11)

Release Management

create topic branch from master and do all the work in there.
change version numbers to v1.2.0 in Gradle build files.
merge topic branch into master and tag v1.2.0.
delete topic branch.
make a new GitHub release, uploading v1.2.0 release bundles.
release v1.2.0 of NixOS Smuggler package.
