PSI_D v0.1.0

Initial release of PSI_D: Platform for Seismic Imaging - Deterministic. Provides linearised inversion framework for imaging general hexagonally anisotropic media with P and S travel-times and splitting intensity observations. Forward modelling of travel-times, splitting intensity, and splitting parameters through fully anisotropic (i.e. 21 independent elastic coefficients) is also supported. At present, forward modelling is done using a ray-theoretical/infinite frequency approximation in which rays are traced through an initial 1D starting model following the TauP method. However, anisotropic finite-frequency kernels and 3D ray tracing are under development for the next release.
