Wifi not working without recent copy of /lib/firmware/brcm/ from working release (copy from Raspbian image).

HDMI fixes built into config.txt now.

Built with Raspberry pi kernel v4.19.80 and RancherOS version 1.5.4

Also provided are the built tar.gz files used to build the image.

Adding the following lines to /boot/config.txt fixed the video display not starting up for me:

hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_force_hotplug:0=1
hdmi_force_hotplug:1=1
