Memory Issue PreRelease

This pre-release should fix some memory issues and how Hybernate is called for large datasets.

DST test version

This a test release for fixes in DST handling.

Final Beta

Improvements to the manual.
Improvements to consistency of the UI.
Minor bug fix.

Beta2

Adds the ability to remove overlapping Contaminations (and thus overlapping Contacts) to the same infection in the same individual.

Some other cosmetic clean-up.

Beta

Beta release. Fixes some usability issues and improves the visual qualities of the GUI and understandability of options.

Beta version.

Fixed the problems in database loading.

Combined the GUI, created error messages, requires input, fixed labels, etc.

Alpha Version

This release should include all major requested features.
