Hi!
Thanks for such a beautifully reproducible piece of work! However, the four links found on https://github.com/briney/grp_paper/blob/master/data_processing/02_clonotype-and-sequence-counting.ipynb do not seem to work (while everything else works very well), and those are exactly the files I need.

Is it at all possible to fix the links, please?
