We need to plan for a massive update… or decide that we definitely stop our data collection efforts just before it.

First round is on June 11, 2017
Both chambers affected, 100% lower (AN), 1/3 upper (S)
Might also trigger local mandate reshuffles, e.g. ex-MPs becoming municipal councillors again, or stuff like that
