VPN Reset Configuration doesn't have a clear confirmation if the reset was done already.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Three-dot menu > VPN
3. Buy a subscription and Install VPN profile
4. Three-dot menu > Settings > Brave Firewall + VPN
5. Reset Configuration > Reset > Observe

Actual result:

There is no clear confirmation shown when resetting VPN configuration.

Expected result:

When resetting VPN configuration user must clearly see that the reset is working.
