Description:

Feed state is retained when source is removed and re-added

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clean install 1.24(21.3.25.18)
  2. Add a source to Brave Today
  3. Disable the feed source
  4. Delete the feed source
  5. Re-add the source that deleted, retains the disabled state

Actual result:

Readd.feed.state.MP4

Expected result:
Should probably not retain the enable/disable state when readding the source
