Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.18
2. Open a new tab and edit the favourite/bookmark
3. Text is not visible

@srirambv Is this a regression or just a bug? You marked it as 1.18 milestone, is this a release blocker then?

Actually this is not a regression. Seems to be there on current release as well so will move it out of milestone

@iccub @soner-yuksel looks like this still hasn't been fixed. Text still appears really light when editing bookmarks/favourites. Created #3250 as this one already has a PR associated with it. Also adding the release-notes/include as this fixes an issue that's already in release.
