Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable rewards
2. Make sure wallet balance is 1BAT
3. Visit any pub and try to tip, shows not enough funds message

Actual result:

Expected result:
As long as wallet has enough balance and correct tipping amount is select user should be able to tip
