brave/devops#2457 will introduce a proxy for the location service.

We need to update our build config to make use of it:

and then make new builds in all channels and platforms.

Test plan:

  1. open https://fmarier.github.io/brave-testing/geolocation.html and click on the button
  2. verify that location is as accurate as it was in older builds
  3. verify (using a network monitoring tool like mitmproxy or wireshark) that there are no outbound connections to location.services.mozilla.com and that instead the browser is using location.brave.com
