1. Use the new YubiKeys to register/authenticate with GitHub

Verification PASSED on macOS 10.14.6 x64 using the following build:

Brave	0.69.122 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

OS	Mac OS X

• Went through verification using the outlined test case via New YubiKeys don't work with stable version #5697 (comment)
• Went through verification using the outlined test case via Fix 5697: Cryptotoken don't have opinions about transport extension brave-core#3199
• Added/Registered a new yubikey that's running FW >= 5.2.3 via GH without issues
• Used the newly registered/added yubikey to login into GH without any issues

Verification PASSED on Mint 19.1 x64 using the following build:
