Contribution date text on Tips panel

Description

Per #1834 (comment) the text for the 'contribution date' in Tips panel should be

"Monthly tips will next be sent" followed by the next contribution date.

However, the text exactly matches Auto Contribute table. Logging per discussion with @mandar-brave for him and @jenn-rhim to review.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Rewards
2. Navigate to verified site.
3. Set up a monthly recurring tip.

Note that contribution text in both Tips and Auto Contribute panels are the same:

Expected result:

Was expecting different language per the comment referenced above. If that's no longer accurate, please close this issue.
