Selecting Swap from Wallet doesn't pre-populate the token in brave://wallet/swap

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a token to view details page
2. Select Swap from token details page
3. New tab opens brave://wallet/swap but doesn't auto-populate the selected token

Should pre-populate the token selected from token details view into Swap page
