Since 1.38 Brave shows regressions. One of them has been flagged and still is present in 1.40: see #22921.

I notice that also the Desktop mode to visit sites is not respected. Even if it is set, sites are visited in mobile mode unless the user sets it manually for each site. But then, why that option? I opted in favor of Brave from Chromium because Brave had this feature. Now the last Chromium behaves as Brave up to <=1.37...

For now I reinstalled Brave-1.37.116 Which works as expected both regarding#22921 and this Desktop mode issue.
