List all networks and allow editing known networks too, such as its RPC URL.
And in the list:

  • All networks can be edited.
  • Known networks should not be removable.
  • Custom networks overriding known ones should be resettable to known.
  • Custom networks overriding known ones should take place of known ones in lists(settings and wallet).
  • Each item needs to have a per-network toggle to control network visibility in wallet ui.
